Purchased patterns not in English.

I purchased books and patterns recently. How do I get my purchases in English? The page said I have 5 downloads for each purchase. I downloaded a pattern and it was not in English. I’m afraid to look at any other purchase for fear I can’t read them and will lose my patterns/books! I looked all over for a place to click on the English button. Was it on the original purchased page?

I encountered problem using Patreon coupon

Hello,

I ordered the 26th of September your new book (Folineal) and, as a contributor to your Patreon account, I understood I could have a reduction on your products.

Maybe I did not used the coupon properly but it seems it did not work (see invoice joined to this mail). I although thought to order for the pdf + book but the invoice only mention "digital purchase".

Could you please tell me how I could manage to correct at least on of these two points.

I work in the field of computer science, so I am familiar with the types of licences that can be applied to source code and database design, and the implications for people who want to use them. As for the knitting world, however, I really do not know the rules.

Since you recently posted a great bunch of YouTube videos explaining your GSR method, I suppose anyone can use it for any purpose. Is that right?

I have a great deal of respect for your work and would like to try to disseminate it on my small scale in France (a few workshops of three or four people in knitting shops around my home).

Would that be OK with you? Should I propose a personal knitting model, or can I photocopy a model from your latest book?

I really don't know how the shop owners will receive my proposals, but I want to be clear with you either way.

In any case, I will keep you informed of how the people to whom I can offer this type of internship are responding.
