Karenin – knitting pattern

$10.00

A warm and protective knit, this aran weight aviator style Hat with integrated earflaps offers comfort on cold days and long nights. Initially started in pieces which are joined as the Hat progresses, the design calls for a garter stitch band and ear flaps to be worked before joining to create a smooth crown of warm stockinette.

This pattern is available individually, or as part of the Classic Woolly Toppers eBook.

Hat Description

Karenin is an aviator-style Hat with a deep garter stitch brim. The brim is shaped around the ears, being slightly deeper at the front than the back. The fold up section of the brim, at the centre front, is held in place by a button in each corner. The remainder of the Hat is in stocking stitch and it has a smooth fitted crown.
