Lifted – knitting pattern

$10.00

A deep split brim provides plenty of warmth around the ears and neck; however, should the bonnet style not be to your liking, the brim can be folded up and worn as a cloche! The brim is worked flat with short rows for shaping, and then the body is worked bottom up and in the round.

Hat Description

Lifted is a mix of styles, with a bonnet-shaped brim and a slouchy textured body with a gathered crown. The brim is worked in garter stitch, shaped with short rows so that it’s deeper by the split, which is worn at the back. The textured pattern is created by small dip stitches, worked against a stocking stitch background, that create interlocking left and right leaning arcs.
