Arches created by twisted stitches grow from the brim of this Hat and adorn the body. Medici is a gentle tam, beautiful and structured, and ideal for solid or semi-solid yarns. This pattern is available to purchase individually, or as part of the Twisted Woolly Toppers collection.
Hat Description
Medici is a tam with a ribbed brim and reverse stocking stitch body with a smooth crown. Above the brim there is a nested arch motif, created by travelling twisted stitches, that is repeated all the way around the tam. From the peak of each arch a line of twisted knit stitches travels upwards towards the crown, where they meet at the centre.
